Abstract

This study aims to get information about the influence of discipline, work motivation and compensation to employee performance of development Foundation dynamics Cikarang. This study using quantitative approach conducted in five levels of schools; nursery school, elementary school, junior high school, vocational school and college under Development Foundation Dynamics Cikarang. This study conducted by using the method of the survey with analysis lines in the hypothesis testing. In this study sample size of saturated is 101. research focused on three aspects; discipline, motivation and compensation in the Development FoundationEducation Dynamics Cikarang. The data collected by the questionnaires and analyzed with analysis path. The results of the analysis concluded that (1) there is a direct influence positive discipline to employee performance Ckarang. (2) there is a direct influence positive motivation to employee performance Cikarang, and (3) there is a direct influence positive compensation to employee performance Cikarang

Abstract

This study aims to find a model for building Police Officer’ at Satuan Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi Kota to perform optimally. The method used in this studyis explanatory research and SPSS software for Windows version 24. The population in this study was 94 Police Officer’ at Satuan Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi Kota by using saturated sampling method. Data Variable collected by distributing questionnaires. The number of respondents who returned questionnaire as many as 94. Variable their lack of roots is a an employee (Y ). Variabels free are discipline ( X1 ), motivation ( X2 ) and work environment ( X3 ), while Equation of Multiple Linear Regression Y= -1,561+0, 0,547x1 + 0,487x2 + 0,278x3+ e; Rsquare = 0,670, F = 60,893, Discipline is the most dominant factor in employee performance. discipline, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.The results of employee performance are -1,561, If X1, X2, and X3, are considered zero, it will affect employee performance of -1,561 if the 1-5 Likert scale is included in the not too good category

Abstract

Commitment and leadership style both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of the National Professional CertificationBoard in Jakarta. The methodology used in this study is the Quantitative Method, a data processing method that explains the influence and the relationship stated by sentence. Quantitative analysis is used to see the causal factors. Abstract

Improvement employee performance is very important to support company’s business in property industry. Therefore, this research is used as a basic policy to improve employee performance. The methodology in this research is quantitative exploratory method and analyze data used software SPSS for Windows version 24. The variables are Employee Performance (Y) as dependent variable, Work Environment (X1), Competence (X2) and Compensation (X3) as independent variables. This research was conducted at PT Jasamarga Properti with a population of 64 people as saturated samples. All employees are used as samples. (1) Multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.419 + 0.313 X1 + 0.199 X2 + 0.187 X3 + e; Rsquare = 0.759, F = 59.844 (2) The work environment is the most dominant factor in Employee Performance; (3) Competence and Compensation have a significant influence on Employee Performance. The results of Employee Performance are 1,419. If X1, X2 and X3 are considered zero, it will affect employee performance by 1.419 in the Likert scale 1-5. The result is that employee performance is categorized as a very bad category.

Abstract

Exploration studies conducted in reality show that the implementation of equality education at the Center for Community Learning Activities (PKBM) is still not in accordance with the demands of the curriculum and National Standards for Early Childhood Education and Community Education. The purpose of this study are: 1) to find out how the steps in the preparation of equality education modules in the PPKn Package A equivalent to SD / MI, 2) Testing the effectiveness of learning by using modules in the learning process. 3) Test the validity and reliability of equality education module products in PPKn Package A courses equivalent to SD / MI. The target in this study was grade VI students at PKBM Putri Gina which consisted of one class with 15 learning residents. This study uses a sampling technique is purposive sampling that is deliberate sampling in accordance with the requirements of the composition of sample members based on the type of treatment. Based on the results of the. This is also supported by the preparation of modules that are independent and contextual so as to facilitate citizens to learn packages that have limited, time to attend teaching and learning activities can continue to follow module-based learning independently.Discussion, it was concluded that the model A education model is equivalent to SD / MI PPKn subjects. After testing, learning by using the equivalency module A package SD / MI PPKn subjects have effectiveness in the learning process

Abstract

The research is purposed to examine, 1). A significant relationship between the use of electronic journals and library knowledge, 2). A significant relationship between motivation to learn and library knowledge, 3). A significant relationship between the use of electronic journals and motivation to learn together with library knowledge. The hypothesis of this study is, 1). There is a positive relationship between the use of electronic journals and library knowledge, 2). There is a positive relationship between motivation to learn and library knowledge, 3). There is a positive relationship between the use of electronic journals and motivation to learn together with library knowledge.The result of test showed: 1). The first hypothesis is accepted, there is a positive relationship between the use of electronic journals and library knowledge, 2). The second hypothesis is rejected, because from the test results it can be seen that there is no relationship between motivation to learn and library knowledge, 3). The third hypothesis is accepted, there is a positive relationship between the use of electronic journals and motivation to learn together with library knowledge skills with low coefficient levels.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to answer the following question. Is there an influence on the educational background of SMP / MTs teachers on the results of the 2019 English National Examination. The population of this study is the SMP / MTs teachers who teach subjects that are UN-2019. The data in this study are in the form of test scores and teacher answers to the questionnaire in 34 provinces throughout Indonesia. The questionnaire was completed voluntarily on the last day of the UN, so the number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 97052SMP / MTs teachers. The number of respondents is a sample in this study. Based on the results of the analysis of descriptive and variants of one path obtained the following results. The educational backgrounds of junior high / middle school teachers in the highest to lowest order are: (1) S-1, 88.4%; (2) S-2, 6.3%; (3) SMA / D1, 3.7%; (4) D-3, 1.6%; (5) S-3, 0.1%. Whereas the certified teachers were only half, namely 53.2%.The effect of the influence of teacher education background on the 2019 English National Examination results is proven. This means that there is a significant influence (P <0,000) of teacher education background on the results of the 2019 English Language Examination (Sig. 0,000). The conclusion is that there is an influence of teacher education background on the 2019 English National Examination results

Abstract

Character education as a national education issue is actually not new if it is associated with the long history of the founding of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to describe the implementation of religious education curriculum in Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Istiqlal, Central Jakarta in shaping the character of students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of this study indicate that the character education that was initiated by MI Istiqlal Central Jakarta emphasizes intellectual, social-emotional, kinesthetic, and spiritual intelligence in children.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether or not there is a meaningful relationship between textbooks and the school environment with the results of learning social science both one by one and together. This research was conducted at the junior high school (SMP) which is located in the Bekasi City environment. The time of implementation this research is carried out from November to February 2019. For the independent variables, namely the use of textbooks and the school environment, the data was collected using questioner. The measuring instrument uses a likert scale, while the final variable is the result of learning social science whose instruments use a multiple choice test. The research method used to explain the relationship between the research variables is the survey method. Testing the validity of the textbook and school environment using the product moment formula and the reliability calculation using the Alpha formula of Social Sciences using the biserial point correlation formula and reliability calculation using the KR-20 formula. Data analysis techniques using statistical tests in the form of correlation and simple linear regression and multiple correlations and regression. Hypothesis testing is carried out at a significant level.This research produces three main conclusions, namely:(1) There is a positive and significant relationship between the use of textbooks and learning outcomes of Social Sciences (IPS). (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between the school environment and the learning outcomes of Social Sciences (IPS). (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the relationship between the use of textbooks and the school environment together with the learning outcomes of Social Sciences (IPS).
